OVERVIEW
Shindo Training in conjunction with CRW Training, are proud to offer CIEH approved courses.
Violence, whether in or out of work is on the rise and you have a duty of care to yourself to ensue your personal safety. This is not easy in environments where the potential for conflict and aggression is high. Zero tolerance initiatives and commitment to prosecution have brought improvements in organisations like the NHS, London Underground and many pubs and clubs that now work together to monitor and bar known troublemakers. Yet high staff turnover and a lack of training mean many people are still vulnerable to physical and psychological damage. The costs to yourself can be very high indeed.
This CIEH accredited course has been developed to help you protect yourself and others as well as your organisational and operational effectiveness.

NOTES
The Course is assessed by MCQ examination.
Successful candidates are awarded a the CIEH certificate in Conflict resolution and Personal Safety.
The fee's quoted for this course are "per person" for individuals attending our public/open courses or "Group" for training of up to 12 delegates delivered "in house" (at your venue) |
